Palak Vani, C.E.O.
Palak Vani received her Master's of Social Work from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Palak has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including private practice, partial hospitalization, inpatient, residential and outpatient support groups.
Palak has a mission to reduce the stigma associated with vulnerability and welcomes any opportunity to advocate.
Palak recently self-published her book, vlnrbl. In this book, Palak openly shares her vlnrbl, aka vulnerable, thoughts to reduce the stigma associated with vulnerability. On each page, Palak tells a short story about how anxiety used to impact her. She then explains how she stopped being mean to herself and began utilizing acceptance instead. Palak hopes that those who experience similar thoughts feel less alone after reading her book.
Palak is the Co-Chair of the Executive Leadership Council of MINDS Foundation in NYC.
